- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant - Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction - Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements - Answer phone calls and take reservations - Handle cash transactions using the Aloha POS system - Assist with guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel and its services - Maintain a clean and organized host station
Experience:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred - Strong phone etiquette and communication skills - Familiarity with the Aloha POS system is a plus - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent guest relations and customer service skills We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Host/Cashier.
As a Host/Cashier, you will be responsible for greeting guests, managing the waitlist, taking reservations, and providing excellent customer service.
