Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Perform general office duties, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies - Processing jobs to manufacturing departments - Maintain office filing system - Data entry (including inventory and labor)
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role of (1) year required - Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently If you are a motivated individual with a strong work ethic, we would love to hear from you.
